Please Support Hurricane Recovery Efforts
Episcopal Relief & Development is working closely with partners to support people affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The Hurricane Relief Fund is an important tool for responding to immediate needs and supporting long-term recovery. Please contribute to Episcopal Relief & Development’s Hurricane Relief Fund to support long-term recovery efforts.
Let us pray.
Compassionate God, source of all comfort, we pray for the people whose lives have been devastated this hurricane season.
Bring them comfort, we pray.
Protect the vulnerable.
Strengthen the weak.
Keep at bay the spread of disease.
Have mercy on all those working to rebuild.
And may our response to their suffering be generous and bring you praise.
We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

All are Welcome!
Welcome to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in White River Junction, Vermont. We are an open and affirming community of faith that celebrates Christ’s presence in the world with shared worship, fellowship, and a dedication to community outreach. We're always eager to welcome new faces, and you will find our sanctuary and fellowship spaces accessible and all on ground level. Our Sunday services, ministries, and activities encourage participation by all ages and abilities, making us a very family-centered church home.
St. Paul's has a long tradition of service to the community. We were among the churches that founded the Upper Valley Haven, which is a family shelter and social service agency located right next door. The Good Neighbor Health Clinic made our former rectory into its first home for ten years, and the LISTEN community dinners started in our kitchen. Other outreach efforts are described in our parish history.
We are a member congregation of the Episcopal Church in Vermont, and part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. Information about the diocese can be found at: www.diovermont.org.
Please look at the rest of our website, and contact us if you have questions or comments. We invite you to join us at any time to explore your faith, make new friends, and grow in God's love with us.
Thank you for your interest in St. Paul’s.

Services in private homes grew into a mission church in the back of Glover’s Clothing Store, and in 1874, the original church was built downtown. By 1882 St. Paul’s was able to...

How We Worship
Our Eucharist-centered worship reflects our respect for the traditions of the Episcopal Church and our joy in music and prayer. We are fortunate that the sanctuary surrounds the altar in a semi-circle, emphasizing that we worship as the people of God.
At a typical Sunday...
